# RackD — Privacy Policy

**Last updated: 31/08/2026**

## The short version

RackD does not collect your data. There are no accounts and no sign-up. Everything you create — workouts, cardio, routines, body measurements, personal records, your profile name and photo, and progress photos — is stored only on your device. We have no servers, we cannot see your data, and we never sell or share it.

## Who we are

RackD ("the app", "we", "us") is developed by GoatOfCode. Contact: support@goatofcode.com

## Information we collect

**None.** RackD does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you on our servers or anywhere off your device. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services, and we include no third-party tracking SDKs.

## Data you create, stored on your device

When you use RackD you create data such as workouts, exercises, cardio entries, routines, personal records, body measurements, a profile name and photo, and progress photos. All of it is stored **locally on your device** using Apple's on-device storage and the app's private storage. It does not leave your device through RackD, and we have no ability to access it.

Your profile photo and any progress photos are stored privately within the app on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere and are not added to your system photo library by RackD.

## Estimates and suggestions

RackD generates figures such as estimated calories burned, one-rep-max estimates, personal records, and workout suggestions. These are calculated **on your device** from the data you enter (and, for calorie estimates, your bodyweight if you have logged it). They are approximate and for general information only, are not medical advice, and are not sent anywhere. See our Terms of Service.

## Purchases

RackD offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("RackD Pro"). Purchases are processed entirely by **Apple** through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of that transaction is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only anonymous, aggregate sales information from Apple, which does not identify you.

## Device permissions

RackD may ask for these permissions, used only for the stated purpose:

- **Notifications** — to alert you when a rest timer finishes. Used only for timers you start.
- **Camera / Photo Library** — only if you choose to add a profile photo or a progress photo, and only when you initiate it. RackD uses these only to let you attach a photo, which is then stored privately within the app on your device.

You can change or revoke these permissions any time in the iOS Settings app.

## Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives only on your device, you control it. You can delete individual entries in the app at any time. **Deleting the RackD app from your device permanently deletes all data associated with it, including your profile and all photos.**

## Backups

Data stored on your device may be included in your own device backups (for example iCloud or encrypted local backups) if you have those enabled. Those backups are managed by you and Apple under Apple's terms, not by us. We have no access to them.

## Security

Your data is protected by the security of your own device and iOS. Because we never receive your data, there is no server-side database of your information to be breached.

## Children's privacy

RackD does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information from children is gathered.

## Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Canadian privacy law or the GDPR), you may have rights over your personal data. Because RackD stores your data only on your device and we hold none of it, you can exercise the core of those rights directly: view your data in the app, edit or delete any entry, and delete everything by removing the app. If you have questions, contact us at goatofcode@gmail.com.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
